Dry water fountain show at the main entrance of the 2024 Chengdu International Horticultural Expo

The 2024 Chengdu World Horticultural Exposition will be held from April 26 to October 28, 2024, with the theme of "Park City, Better Human Settlements". It adheres to the concepts of green, low-carbon, sustainable, shared and inclusive. During the construction of the site, it will retain as much of the existing main vegetation as possible, and make full use of Chengdu's good plant growth conditions. It will mainly use native tree species and combine the characteristics of the exhibition garden to display medicinal herbs, fruits and vegetables, roses, crabapples, crape myrtles and other special plants to create a diverse plant community and plant landscape.

Dry water fountain show at the park entrance, the waterscape is shaped like a fallen leaf. The Expo, a global horticultural event, features a waterscape theme of "Flourishing Flowers," inspired by Li Shangyin's poem "To Ma Langzhong, I Move White Chrysanthemums to Show Me": "The plain flowers bloom differently beneath the fence, the luxuriant blossoms seem to spring from the moon."

In ancient Chinese, "flourishing flowers" was written as "prosperous," also implying prosperity. Water and flowers, in full bloom, welcome the 2024 Chengdu Expo. Visitors and merchants alike will admire the expo, with visitors from far and wide falling in love with Chengdu's vibrant blossoms, and investors realizing its enormous investment potential.

The theme includes "Vast Mist (Cold Mist)," "Hundred Flowers in Bloom (Various Changes)," "Flowering Clusters (Running Fountains)," and DMX512 center-hole dry fountain lights.
